Nhlanhla “Lux” Dlamini is a social activist in South Africa and the originator of the movement known as Operation Duda. It has been speculated that his actual name is Nhlanhla Paballo Mohlauli.

On June 16, 2021, Nhlanhla led hundreds of his supporters in a protest march in Soweto, contributing to his rise to prominence at the time. This year marked the 45th anniversary of the Soweto Uprising, making the day meaningful.

Nhlanhla Dlamini was given the directive to keep any communication with the complainant, Victor Ramerafe, to a minimum and to provide the investigating officer with his passport.
