The Gauteng Department of Education has opened the vacancies for the 2020 Exam Assistants.

According to a statement officially issue by the department, the department appoints Examination Assistants / Quality Assurers to perform various administrative adhoc duties as part of measures being put in place to conduct a credible National Senior Certificate examination (NSCE).

Qualification/Eligibility for Examination Assistance/Quality Assurers

The department is looking for the following target group of people

  • Currently registered students of tertiary institution
  • Unemployed persons with one or more tertiary qualification.
  • Unemployed graduates
  • Must have advance numerical skills with Mathematics or Accounting as a compulsory subject at least at Matric Level
  • Second year and above tertiary students will be an advantage.
